Training

The school librarian and technology teacher will work together to create the frame for all the teacher's classroom pages during the month of August. They will hold a training workshop for staff during the first two professional days of school before students arrive.  This will give teachers and administration a chance to build their own Wiki pages and have it ready and developed for the first day of school.  When the students arrive, they will be trained during their computer and library times during the first few weeks of school.  Parents will have the option to attend a tutorial and training for themselves during the open school night during the first few weeks of school in early September.  The librarian and technology teacher will hold monthly workshops for teachers to ensure that they keep their wiki up to date and to teach them new things that they can do with their wikis and technology.
